The location was excellent near to airport. Booked a room with excellent views of the nature.

Above average and reasonable breakfast with beautiful view and many varieties, as for instance, dedicated employees. Location adjacent to the trolley to the front receptionist, the shopping mall which is good, and Alor Setar in the future.

Really kind and nice staff who always delivers beyond your request and the setting was favourable! The breakfast was reasonable and incredible and offered a wide range of options. Greatly enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out.

The hotel is PERFECT and clean, has good views of the nature. The room is exceptionally nice and essentials you need, including TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe, is right there.

The location was awesome - close enough to Kedah, famous with traditional food, many restaurants, and airport and government offices.

I was here for 1 day and would come back for sure. The hotel is nice and stunningly beautiful with courteous employees at the receptionist. I had the superior twin room which was tidy and elegant with peaceful view of sawah padi. A shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries was a plus.

The location of the hotel in Alor Setar is great and easy, short walk to Alor Setar in the future, restaurant and mosque, and all the shopping malls. The breakfast is reasonable and incredible, includes a great selection of meals.

Modern hotel with reasonably priced food and favourable location near to the airport and PLUS highway, and F&B outlet. Value for money and very kind and nice staff at the receptionist. Reasonable and fantastic breakfast, elegant superior twin room. Exceptionally comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, including the ample and easily accessible parking space. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We also appreciated the location being close to the airport, which made transportation very easy. Furthermore, the breakfast had a good variety of both Malay and Western options, which was a nice touch.

During my Easter holiday, I had a good staycation experience at a hotel. I appreciated the hotel's complimentary offer of breakfast and free parking. The hotel's location was also ideal as it was located near the highway and had easy access to other attractions. the hotel had a relaxing pool area where my family and I spent quality time together.

My stay was not without some negative experiences. The Wi-Fi connection was slow, and it also did not work in my room nor the lobby.
